Let's make Simcoe County a place where everyone feels like they belong.

SURJ Simcoe is a local chapter of SURJ National (US). We're calling in white people living in our regions to show up for our racialized friends, families and communities so that everyone can have a good life here and no one gets left behind. We know many white people see that racism is a problem but they don't know what to do about it, and joining us is part of the answer.

Together we're moving money to anti-racist organizations, mobilizing white people in our regions to show up, and taking responsibility for our own education. Be a part of doing the right thing.

Where we are

SURJ Simcoe occupies the land of the Anishinaabek Nation and is home to many First Nations, Métis and Inuit people. We honour the enduring stewardship of these lands by Indigenous nations and we are committed to working in the spirit of reciprocity to restore justice and well-being to all Indigenous people.
